It's like I went to bed numb
unknowing of the effects of some news I got yesterday.
This morning, I woke up from a disturbing dream which left me greeting the early morning with tears.
The weight of MY world, is fine.
It's the weight of others that sink me down.
It's like breathing normally, yet suffocating at the same
time. Then, when you notice this...
your heart begins to flutter.
Panic wishes to set in, but I distinguish it
before it hampers my usefulness.
We can only do what we can
and now, I'm about to push through the walls...
to see, JUST how much that is.

I went to a music store with a friend yesterday.
Randomly.
He was looking for a guitar.
I saw a section of drum sticks and felt the urge to have a set.
Almost just bought a damn pair just to "feel" closer.
If that makes any sense to you.
Spent the afternoon checking out the Roland electronic drums.
I think I'mma need them, to escape.
Escape enough to focus on the road ahead.
Drums and Kung Fu.
