Where to get "OK" women in Bangkok - Like YES "men"

Met up with some friends at 6am for a fill of breakfast
before they headed into work.

And now, back in my hotel room...

unable to sleep.

**sigh**

So, like the asian that I am
(even though my friend Rick likes to point out HOW UN-ASIAN I am)
I will use my time...

Can anyone explain these taxi icons to me?

DVD player on board, karaoke inside, seat that reclines, for "VIPs" only
gambling allowed

and

sexy, naked women "OK????"

Or, we have sexy naked "OK" to EVERYTHING women??
(like, in the trunk or something/available?)
